PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
1．Establish the purchasing list for engineering, tools, equipments, lifting, spare parts.
2．Locate company which distribute, maintain and repair hotel equipment.
3．Review telephone, message, TV, music sound system.
4．Participate at the installation of the laundry and kitchen equipment.
5．Test the elevators.
6．Obtain license for hygiene and fire.
7．Handle all the equipment warranty.
8．To plan, prepare and present the Engineering Departments annual budget.
QUALIFICATION
1、EDUCATION: University or college diploma in a building services discipline.
2、CERTIFICATION: Level one in Chosen discipline.
3、EXPERIENCE: At least 10 years working as Assistant Chief Engineer or higher in a hotel operation. Proven record of successful experience in management, budgeting, goal setting and achieving, all aspects of the building services.
4、OTHER: Ability to demonstrate, motivational, leadership skills, problem solving, planning and organizing, decision making, prioritizing, delegating training and developing and producing results.

4、其他：拥有示范，激励，领导技能，解决问题，计划组织，决策，区分优先次序，培训，和发展以及生产结果的能力。
